The fitness program at the Bilingual school has partnered with the Rising New York Road Runners, youth program. Through this program, our students work to build and develop movement skills through a combination of running and fitness activities. The program is designed to help our students develop their confidence, their motivation, and desire to be physically active for life. The curriculum is based on the latest athletic research, on the concepts of physical literacy and long-term athlete development. It is based on the belief that any person can achieve physical literacy, if given the right environment to develop the confidence and motivation needed for long-term success.
